In the meantime, why not get baking our Heavenly Cinnamon & Cocoa Bar?

What you need:

  • 175g porridge oats
  • 5g cinnamon
  • 15g cocoa or cacao nibs
  • 75g butter
  • 75g light brown sugar
  • 35g honey 

How to do it:

  1. Warm the cocoa nibs in the oven for 10 minutes at 130⁰C
  2. Gently melt the butter and honey
  3. Take off the heat and add the sugar, oats, cinnamon and cocoa nibs
  4. Mix well to form a sticky dough and pour into a greased lined tin (four inch square tin) or bake on a silicone mat
  5. Flatten & bake in a moderate oven at 150⁰C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Leave to cool. When almost set, cut into finger-sized pieces
  7. Enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to a week Recipe makes six heavenly bars.
